Carpatair
Carpatair is a Romanian airline founded in 1999 with headquarter in Timișoara and currently operates as a pure charter and ACMI (wet lease) company. The company no longer operates scheduled flights in its own name, but instead leases aircraft, crew and maintenance to other airlines or private groups.
The airline specializes in "ad-hoc" charter flights for sports teams, companies and governments, as well as long-term contracts for other airlines that need additional capacity.
As Carpatair operates as a charter airline, they do not have a fixed route network. Instead, they fly to destinations throughout Europe, the Middle East and North Africa based on the specific needs of their customers.

Uniform Solution for Carpatair
In 2024, Carpatair partnered with Olino to develop a new uniform solution for both pilots and cabin crew combining reliability, functionality, and a strong reflection of the airline’s visual identity.
To meet these requirements, Carpatair selected key pieces from Olino’s ready-made collection designed to be durable, comfortable, and consistently stylish. From the classic navy range, they chose jackets, dresses, trousers, skirts, and waistcoats, paired with crisp white uniform shirts to project authority and professionalism.
To ensure a distinctive brand presence, selected accessories including belts, ties, and epaulettes were custom-made to align with Carpatair’s visual identity.
By combining ready-made garments with tailored brand elements, Carpatair achieved a unique and cohesive look. The result is a reliable, long-lasting, and cost-efficient uniform solution that supports both operational needs and brand consistency.

Custom-made accessories
The custom-made green belt shows the brand color of Carpatair and goes nicely with the navy cabin crew dress.
The tie for Carpatair is custom-made with their own pattern and builts visual identity into crew uniforms. The tie isn’t just a standard accessory; it is designed to reflect company identity. For Carpatair, the tie helps reinforce a consistent and polished image.
Even very small items, like a tie, can communicate identity, pride and brand heritage without saying a word.
